123rd St Townhouse

This brownstone was built in 1910 now boasting over 5,500 sq ft with a two-floor addition. It was converted back to a single-family home after being divided up over the years by previous owners. The inspiration for this property was rooted in Parisian sensibilities. At the heart of the home a dramatic oval stairway was built to anchor the space. Luxury finishes were applied throughout, including wide chevron wood flooring, applied molding and crown, custom kitchen, quartz countertops, floor to ceiling windows, and brass lighting and hardware.
