Park Slope Residence on Park Place

Our clients moved from a single level co-op rental apartment into their dream home - a 3-story brownstone near Prospect Park.

The brownstone had been renovated by past owners but needed further personalization to suit the new family’s lifestyle and needs. We started the project by implementing some updates: millwork modifications/additions, bathroom finish updates, carving out office and exercise spaces, and custom designs for closet systems to suit the entire family.

FF&E selections included a completely new collection of furnishings, rugs, drapery, lighting, and artwork for the entire home. Drawing from nature as inspiration the easygoing color palette includes earthtones, blues, and accents of green and black. Contemporary artwork sourced includes a mix of mediums, creating a richly layered effect. As an extension of the house, the backyard landscaping was reimagined to provide ample space for entertaining and green space for their two young children.
