Convent Avenue Residence

​This landmarked brownstone is situated in the Hamilton Heights district in Harlem, built in 1899. The 4,400 sq ft home was gut renovated and redesigned to suit the new family. Many original details throughout were brought back to life, including plaster moldings, paneling, doors and seven original fireplaces. In keeping with the original traditional details, the newly added features, such as custom kitchen and bathrooms feature walnut, marble, subway tile, and warm polished nickel and brass hardware and lighting.
